Reliance Jio Infocomm — jio data exhausted without using

I have a daily 3gb jio plan on my dongle ([protected]) i have made sure i'm using only one device in the wifi. And without performing any activity my data of 3gb is exhausted within 30 minutes after switching the dongle on. This is robbery. That too at a time of this pandemic. Seems like they want to advertise their data booster packs which they recently launched since everyone is working from because of the corona pandemic. They are clearly taking advantage of the situation to profit.
