Reliance Jio Infocomm — jio data plan not activated in spite of paying required amount | |||
I tried recharging my reliance jio account with a 2 gb/day data plan for 84 days, eventually costing ₹398 after using a jio voucher. I paid through upi to the following account - reliancejioinfocomm. [protected]@hdfcbank. But in spite of paying, as well as utilising a jio voucher, i didn't get a message from jio stating that my data plan was activated. I request that either the above-mentioned data plan be activated for my jio account, or that the same amount of ₹398 be credited back to my bank account (Upi account - [protected]@oksbi) in order to conduct the same transaction again.
