My Plan was expired on 11 April 2021, 5:19 PM
Due to speed issues and 1 service (Amazon Prime Membership) which is included in this plan was not provided to me.
I have raised the JioFiber cancellation request on 11 April 2021, 12:45 PM (on email). Same-day at 1:34 PM I received a
call from JioFiber (+[protected], I mentioned him everything then he told me that the concerned team will get back to you in the next 24 hours. Same-day at 2:13 PM I received an email from JioFiber mentioning conversation

I did not receive a call in 24 hours So I decided to continue with JioFiber and I recharged my JioFiber connection.
On 13 April 2021 at 4:44 PM I received a call from JioFiber Complain Team (+[protected]. He asked about my problem with JioFiber and then he was checking in his system suddenly call was disconnected after that I did not receive any call from them.
On 17 April 2021 at 1:22 PM I received an SMS from JW-JIOFIB mention that "Your JioFiber service request SR000014LC6G is expected to get resolved within 24 Hrs. Device pick-up appointment will be scheduled within 3 days of the closure of the service request. Applicable refund,
if any, will be processed within 7-14 working days post successful device pickup. Team JioFiber"
After reading that SMS I called JioFiber Support Team and told them to revoke the cancellation request because I have recharged my connection and I want to continue with JioFiber
She told me that my connection is active, and it will not disconnect. I told them to mention this on the Cancellation Service Request So my connection will not terminate.
She assured me that It will not disconnect.
But at 5:37 PM I received an SMS from JA-JIOFBR mentioning that my JioFiber connection has been temporarily suspended. and to resume I have to call [protected] (Suspend SMS.jpg)
I called that number, but they told me that this can't be resumed. You need to buy a new connection.
So I bought a new connection on the same day.
Now today again (18 April 2021) I called them then she told me that this connection can be resumed, and she resumed that.
I don't what's wrong with the JioFiber Support Team.
I need a full refund (including Installation Charge)+ 1 year of free internet from JioFiber for this kind of service.
