Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio Fiber Cancellation refund not done as per T&C

My Jio Fiber service was activated on 09th Sep 2020, Due to network issue I couldn't use the Jio fiber net and I raised complaints to customer care and haven't resolved.
So I decided to cancel the service and I requested for JioFiber cancellation on 16th September 2020. The and I received only Rs 500 as the refund instead of Rs 1500 as per trial period terms and conditions.
The account activated on 09th Sep 2020, and I am still in the trial period (30 days).
I would expect the full refund from Jio fiber.
