Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio Fiber Cancellation request not considered

Jio Fiber refund not issued and boxes are not being picked up. I have been calling every day to customer care, and they have a single answer " Sir please wait for 24 hrs, it will be resolved". It's been more than 20 days I have raised a cancellation request.

I have asked them to raise a ticket " delay in the delay of ONT pickup" but they do not want to do it.

Jiofiber connection and the device was taken back on request for cancellation of the Jiofiber services. But I haven't received the deposits of 2500/- yet.Its more than a month time
