Jio Fiber refund not issued and boxes are not being picked up. I have been calling every day to customer care, and they have a single answer " Sir please wait for 24 hrs, it will be resolved". It's been more than 20 days I have raised a cancellation request. Attaching the ticket screenshot. I have asked them to raise a ticket " delay in the delay of ONT pickup" but they do not want to do it. +3 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Jiofiber connection and the device was taken back on request for cancellation of the Jiofiber services. But I haven't received the deposits of 2500/- yet.Its more than a month time
