Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio Fiber Device not getting picked up and Refund Not Processed

Hello,

I Installed A Jio Fibre Connection In My House In Whitefield, Bangalore. My connection number is[protected]. I Paid For a Year Subscription But Due To Poor Service, I Had To Cancel The Connection On 25 July, 2022. The Device Was Supposed To Be Picked Up Within Ten Days But Even After One Month It Has Not Been Picked Up And Refund Has Not Been Processed. I Have Even Raised Three Complaints For The Same. The initial Complaint Number Is SR00001CGD8W. The POC From The Company is Mr Subramani ([protected]).

Neither the service enginner nor the company POC is picking up my calls. Customer care always says the issue will be resolved within 24 hours but nothing is happening.
