I had applied for a new Jio Fiber connection since at 25th march. At that time executive commited that installation will be done by 28th march. but the installation has still not been completed yet. As company term I’ve paid register amount of 2221/- as well. I am waiting since saturday with the hope that it would be done by today. But neither I receive call nor massage. For this since last 6 days I call to customer care daily. They always give me only one answer that we do not have any slot to install your connection. They don’t give me answer about next slot. They give me only false promise that it will be done. How can they give a such answer when the customer is waiting since last 7 days.
It has been quite some time since the request was made, and I have not received any proper update regarding the installation schedule.
I am very tired and this is my only hope. I request you to kindly look into this matter and I would appreciate your prompt action.
