Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio fiber installation not done even after completing full payment of 6 month

I have order jio fibernet connection and paid for the installation a very long time ago and got order no NO0000NT3XNL after that no one comes to install and it going reschedule again and again also no one has come yet for installation.This is the worst service i have ever seen. The person who registered for my jio account never picks up my calls or gives a proper response.It’s been 7 days but no proper reply from the team.Is 7 days not enough or what????.I have never seen such a bad team.I think jio has to take severe actions over such matters. We invest in their company in the hope of getting good service but here they don’t even respond properly. I am working professional and never expected this worse service from jio side.
