I applied for Jio fiber on September 23, 2022, and the business team visited the site the next day and provided all necessary documents/information to them, and payment was successfully completed on the same time. After two fiber installation teams visited the site but did not install the fiber, I tried to call the managers and business team members several times, but they did not pick up the phone, and I tried to message them using WhatsApp, but they did not respond.
I'm not sure how to contact them, and I'm stuck; I'm not sure who I need to contact to move forward; I tried a complaint through the Jio portal as well but received no response.
I did not expect this behavior from Jio team members, and while I have several BB options in my area
