I contacted jio fiber for installation to internet services at my residence. Amount of 1500 was paid on tuesday 8th sept 20 and till date no installation has been done. I have been receiving stupid msg that technical team is assigned but no benefit. It appears jio fiber is cheating the subscribers and does not believe in quality services and offer value for money.
