Day After Installation Of Jio Fiber, My Internet Was Not Working.

No Internet Since:[protected]
Upon Complaining I Got To Know That I Was Given Internet By Cutting Someone's Cable. As The Other Guy Complained And Got His Connection Back, I Cannot Get The Internet Now As The S2 (Connection Box) Is Fully Occupied.
It Has Been 4 Days Still No Resolution.
After Registering Complain, The Technician Comes And Tells, 'I Cannot Do Anything, It Was The Mistake Of The Guy Who Gave You The Connection By Cutting Someone Else Cable. I Will Talk To The Manager. Wait For A Day.'
The Days Are Passing And No Solution. No Proper Reply From The Technician, Nor Customer Care Support.
