I have been constantly following up with jio fiber around cancellation and refund since 5th september. During this time i have called them around 25 times, and all my service requests have been closed without any solution.
A typical service request cycle is like this ;
1. I call customer care which creates a new service request
2. I receive a call from a +33xxxxxxx number who fixes an appointment with an engineer for collection the router. A slot is booked for a designated time.
3. The engineer doesn't visit as per the slot
4. I call back the customer care to learn that service request is closed and i have to create a new one. The reason for service request closure is mentioned as "backend team closed it"
5 repeat 1 to 4
This cycle has been repeating again and again.
