I am having a Jio Fiber connection since 2020 September.
I recharged with my normal plan on 6th August, but the router was not able to connect to the internet, and red light was blinking, even after trying all the possible ways from my side.
After this I raised a complaint in the MyJio and it was told that an Engineer will visit the next day, but nobody showed up, and these guys made the request as resolved by themselves.

I again raised the request and talked to consumer care, but again I'm not getting a confirmation from anyone or being contacted by anyone.
