Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio fiber recharged twice and not sending refund for extra amount

Hi Team
I recharged my Jio Fiber broadband registered for my number[protected] twice by mistake today 2/07/2021

One with 399 plan -total amount paid after tax-- INR 470.82
One with 699 plan -total amount paid after tax-- INR 824.25

Only one can be activated at one time and both will expire after one month. So I would like to keep plan with amount 824 and would like another one 470 to be refund back to me.

But as per customer support, there is no refund policy .
