I failed to get any resolution from jio fiber care even after repeated complaints since 16th december 2019. They collected from me one year annual charges based on 100 mbps speed. Now after seven months they are writing to me advising that i should not complain if i am getting 20 mbps speed!!!
As per the information given by jio service people themselves, this one fifth speed is done deliberately through an outdated modem installed at my home which is infected by some chinese virus. Probably this is done deliberately by the company to give only 20% speed to the customers and charge them five times.
