Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio Fiber Refund

Refund is pending from 10monthsjiofiber service id[protected]

There is double payment done for this service idthe payment was done on this date 07-july-19 & 30-july-19 of rs.2, 500

For which i have given him a copy of canceled cheque as well on 30-july-2019i have been doing follow up to mr. Vinay

After 5 months vinay informed us that we have sent a cheque but couldn't be delivered, so we will send the refund thought online mode for which he has asked me the bank statement of 3 months

I had sent him the bank statement on 12-november-2019after sending bank statement he asked for work order number - no0000bottdw and told me to call on [protected]

After putting many complaints the service center use to maker solve without doing it
(Please check your database on the number of complaints filed in history from this service id) (Jio app track request is marking solved all the service request without solving it and acknowledgment, please put your attention on the back office)

Then mr. Vinay asked file complain and give him the service request number is sr00000zkz30 (Sent on 2-december-2019) after december, i have been calling mr. Vinay, and following up, as there is no point putting complaints on the [protected]

On 30th april i was the route to vikram singh and gaurav asthana by vinay vikram has requested to send bank details on [protected]@jio.com which was sent one the same day itself

On1st may i was asked for bank statement which was sent on the day from my side
After which i had received in 15 days the refund will be processed
After which these two service request number sr[protected]c has been logged - fri, may 1, 10:36 pmservice request number sr00001129g2 has been logged - sat, may 2, 9:49 pm

May 15, 2020, 7:51 pm - after putting a follow-up email on the same thread of [protected]@jio.com asking about the refund, jio team is asking for bank details
Is the jio team in a capacity to read email?

Refund is pending from 10 months i hope you understand the extreme delay in jio process

Your back is calling every second day to know whether jio internet is working, can please do this first rather asking about the service
