Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio fiber refund on received.

I had started my jio fiber wifi on 26th September for which I had given a security deposit of 2500 Rs. I cancelled my jio fiber within 1 month that is on 24 October and the device was picked up at 1st November 2021. It's been 16 days and I have not received my refund which was supposed to be credited from 7-14 days from the day of device pickup. Even my device was in perfect condition.
