I am a 78 years old retired person and not in good health. In February 2022, I have taken a Jio Fiber connection of a fiber opti router plus a set top box paying 8000 plus odd rupees. I August 2022 their representetive came and offered a new and advanced router and I accepted this and paid 4200 rupees covering subscription for next six months. ie Till February, 11, 2023, I need not pay any money to them. Now a days every day I get an SMS asking for 706 rupees towards subscription. It is immpossible to contact them telephonically and no email address is provided. On their web site there is a direct e-mail facility and I used this and wrote my complaint. No response and I continue to receive bills for payment of 706 rupees. This creates lots of tension for me. Please Help.
