Dear sir
My welcome offer of jio fibre number [protected] was exhausted on 21 december 2019 after that i recharged my account for 2 months bronze plan of re 699 each +18 %gst is 1648 for two months i also received a mail from jio regarding this but today
My internet stopped working and i also i receive a mail that my plan is expired but how can my plan expire in 1 day if i have recharged it for two months i call their customer care several time but no response also i mailed them regarding this is really poor service by jio so please but no answer so please pls help me to activate my plan immediately and solve this query. Otherwise tell them to refund my money as this
