CESC was working in our area due to which there has been issue with both my jio fibre connections since 11.08.2022. one was resolved after continuously persuing them for two days on 20.08.2022, the other one still being in the same condition for 5 days now. The service guy came and told me previously it was done in "long wiring", which they cannot fix and they fixed "one of the connection" in the same way. They are extremely rude and continuously arguing when I am asking for resolution and denying to fix the connection. My plan is active and I am being charged monthly for the same.
