I have recently (Last 5 days) began to experience problems in using jio services ;after a new reacharge for 399 on 31 december. The daily limit offered is 1.5 gb and this gets completed exhausted in one or two hours without even switching on data with me absolutely using zero data watching no videos and with all auto updates turned in my phone. I have complained about the same for three times in myjio app and there is no response. This is highly unprofessional and never expected from such a reputed company. I hope my issue is resolved at the earliest or i would proceed to port my sim
