Reliance Jio Infocomm — jio mobile pre booking

I am dhiresh dharwal and my issue is a transaction was failed while booking reliance jio phone for my jio number [protected] but payment was debited through my paytm account, and my wallet transaction id was given on screen,
Transaction id: [protected]
But message was not came to mobile [protected] from reliance jio
So kindly solve my problem sir
