[Resolved]  Reliance Jio Infocomm — jio mobile recharge

I have done recharge to my jiofi device (Rs. 98) and jio mobile (Rs. 98) together. I got my jiofi recharge successful, but jio mobile recharge there is no update. But amount (Rs. 196) for both has been deducted from my account. I got payment confirmation screen from jio website with reference id nsbi[protected] and my netbanking transaction id is br00010vsuus. Any update how can i get my lost money back.
