Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio modem is not getting picked up after connection termination

I have placed a termination request and the connection has been terminated more than 17 days ago. Since then have been following up daily with Jio customer care to have somebody come and collect Jio modem and issue refund of deposit amount but no body is helping.

Looks like it's a scam by Jio to avoid payment of deposit amount.
