Reliance Jio Infocomm — JIO money account not working, Issue has not been addressed by customer service | |||
Hello, I had an issue ( not able to login the account/validation issue in date of birth)in my jio money account for which i approached customer service of jio money and they created one service request noting my complain details. After few days I got a message that that issue is resolved. Soon i checked the jio money account but the issue again. I tried to connect with JIO customer service people But every time they are telling that it will solved withen 48 hours. Neither I got a call from them nor my issue has been addressed. I am not able to use my jio money wallet and 600 RS of jio money amount has been blocked. I thought this forum is the right platform to convey my grievance for the necessary action against the right authority.
