I hav added 100₹ to my jio money wallet on 31st march for recharging jio prime membership. But it was not added to the wallet and got deducted from my bank account.Which is yet not refunded, I also mail twice to jio complaning about the same. I have been doing 303 recharge twice as it got failed both the time. And still now its not ben refunde and jiomoney costumer care helpline is not replying the call...
