Reliance Jio Infocomm — jio no [protected] data pack consumption related | |
Dear team, I have recharged a work from home plan 151rs to 30 gb for one month validity. Because my current plan is 24 gb with 12 month validity. So for saving the data consuption from my current plan i have recharged one month data plan or wfh plan. But when i am using the internate now, the data is beeing consumed from my 12 month plans. That is wrong. As per basic rules the data should be consume from one moth validity pack or work from home pack. Other wise there is no value for me to recharge this plan. Please do need ful. I have also talked many times with your customer care person mamta and pooja but they are just passing their time. After hearing my complain they are not responded properly.
