Jiophone status by ivrs not showing when i call it says your call cannot be processed..

Request you to tell the status of jiophone at the earliest and plzz solve the issue..

When i call through ivrs it tells that "your call cannot be completed in the network..."

Every time i call through your ivrs it tells the same thing...
