Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio Postpaid Refund of Security Deposit

I canceled my Jio Postpaid connection "[protected]"on February 21th 2021. When I applied for the connection I was asked to pay a security deposit of total rupees 500 which was said will be refunded after connection is closed. When I asked to close my connection on February 21th 2021 the jio customer service said it would take 90 days for the refund process then after 90 days I checked and complained to customer service they said they have Raised a ticket which will take a 15 days the after 15 days again I contacted them they said it will take 7 days the amount has been initiated then after more than 7 days I contacted then again as I didn't receive any Amount now they are saying you will receive the amount earliest. It has already been till now 4 months but still I did got any refund and not any reply from them I just want to when ever customer don't pay a 1 month due 100 rupees fine is applied now jio is not give our money back then how much fine we should put on jio. Please requesting to give my money back customer has to beg for his own money.
