Hi, my name is santosh. I have tried activating my jio prime using the link i got on my alternative number (+91 [protected]) and after entering details and when tried to make the payment using net banking (Paytm), it displayed me as transaction failed but rs.99 where deducted from my paytm account. Below is the screenshot of the paytm transaction. My jio number is (+91 [protected]).

Updated by Santosh Bhutada Just after posting this complaint i have received a call with in an minute from an unknown number asking my card details ( Card number, Expiry Date & CVV ). He said only by using this details he can refund me the amount. When i did so, I received a message stating that a transaction of 99 rs has been INITIATED to this account along with an OTP. This unknown person is now asking for that OTP. Truecaller was displaying this number ([protected]) as 420 so i did not let him know the OTP and rejected the call.
