Reliance Jio Infocomm — jio recharge done but not activated

I have recharge on 13-mar-2019.i didn't got any messages from jio that plan is activated and also when am trying to make a call it is saying that recharge has to do and your plan got expired.But the money 399 got deducted from my account.
