Hello,
Myself Manikandan, I tried to recharge my dad's Jio no. [protected] for ₹398 plan (2GB/DAY PACKS) using myjio app through upi transaction(Google Pay - the UPI account is linked to ICICI Bank), but it got failed but the amount got deducted. The UPI Ref no is[protected]. Please kindly take necessary action to refund my amount. The transaction details are not listed in myjio app to complaint customer care.

Jio 2g hai kya kar pareshan gararhak jio net server only geven jio 2g net speeds .jio is server very bed.my loction makdoompur villege me hai jio net bed. Very down net jio speeds.
