Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio recharge of Rs 309 | |
I have done my Jio recharge of Rs 309 under de dhana dhan offer on 15 April 2017 through Jio app. The transaction was successful and money is deducted from my bank account. But now my jio app is showing zero balance and I am not able to do outgoing call or SMS. I didn't get any confirmation text message. And I forgot to take snapshot of transaction id of Rs 309 that was shown successful on jio app. Was this information helpful? | |

If your transaction is successful means you will receive the mail to corresponding mail id which is linked with JIO number. If you forgot to take a snapshot of that recharge successful message in mobile means you may check the Mail id which is linked with. And mail to reliance Jio Customer care with those data. Hope this will help you out from that.
