Reliance Jio Infocomm — jio refund amount

We have given jio below amount for new connection charges and credit enhancement charges which was suppose to be receive back or it should reflect as our credit limit. Below is the dates and amount which we paid to them.
13.06.2018 rs.1400/- (To port in jio we paid cash rs.350 for 4 connection) (350*4=1400/-)
29.03.2018 rs.1000/- (For credit enhancement) (Jio number [protected])
06.07.2018 rs.1000/- (For credit enhancement) (Jio number [protected])
14.09.2018 rs.1745/- (For porting to corporate plan)
16.10.2018 rs.2000/- (For credit enhancement) (Jio number [protected])
17.10.2018 rs.2000/- (For credit enhancement) (Jio number [protected])
Total rs.9145/- we have paid out of which only rs.5300 is reflecting credit limit rest amount we did not receive back.
Kindly look into the matter as we were continuously following up with jio team but we are not getting any response.
