I was using JIO sim for internet purpose in JIOFI portable device. Recharged with data plan week ago (23/05/2023) also, but past few days it was not connecting, I was assuming signal issue. When I called customer care today, they mentioned that SIM is deactivated due to invalid proof document. I am using this number for past few years, and suddenly it got deactivated without inform/asking any information. I was spending so much to identify this issue and now they are asking minimum 48 hours to get update on this issue, pathetic service. Was this information helpful? |
