Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio sim issued to another customer on the bar code that is generated on my phone

My jio sim is redeemed and the bar code that is generated on my phone is given to another customer. How can this be possible when I have given my aadhar card details. I hope there is no mis use of data here as my aadhar verification was already done and then the customer service representative states it is already redeemed by someone else. This is a worrying factor.
