Hii there, i have applied for jio connection on 3rd december. Its been 13th dec today nearly 11 days. All the kyc documents are submitted. Pass-port as an id proof was submitted for the same. I have not even got any message till date. Its been so many days and my sim is not activated.
Kindly look into the matter asap. My alterantive number given for the connection is
