I contacted jio customer care so many time regarding the recharge issue..but customer care dening to help me and when m asking the executive to yransfer the call to your manager they denning to help..it was a big mistake to join jio for the day 1 m facing so many issues i request a port number i dont want to carryforward with the jio network i know its only a mont h its a bad ecperience for me to join jio..i did a recharge of indusind app for rs149 on 1st of march 2018 but till now i didnt recived the recharge i enquired with bank they provided me ref id nos[protected] which says the recharge is successful..till now i didnt recive the recharge amount today i got a call from bank once again and they confirmed the same i do have recording of the bank customer care manager..when i tried contacting jio regarding same there executive keeping the call on hold instead of transferring the call to there manager..they keeping the call on hold i do have the recording..if required ill share
