[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jiofi (Jmr540) does not register to jio4gvoice app | |||||
I just purchased new jiofi device and sim. Now when i open jio4gvoice app it asking me to register via sim inside jiofi. That means app recognises the sim inside jiofi. After this step it tries to register and then goes back automatically in 4 to 5 seconds. Please refer to the screenshot and videos. Dec 19, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted jiocare on twitter also. they are more active there. They needed too many details. i provided them all details. They also contacted me on my alternate number. the problem got resolved within 24 hours. I didnt received any update here on consumercomplains.in but the problem got resolved. Thank you jiocare.
