Hi,
I had bought your jiowifi on 10/11/2017 for 2300/- and the dealer had told me i will get 2gb per day for 4 months. Since 28th december 2017 the internet stopped working. I have been complaining about it online on twitter since 29th but no help.
Finally today i was told that i have used up my data and there is no more data, because the deal was 2gb pd for 49 days. This is pure cheating and harassment. I have been guided to go to store where i bought it from, who is your representative and selling your product.
I have been cheated and misguided and this has caused me huge mental harassment.
I have been forced to recharge and spend additional 399 so i can start working since your tele caller repeated told me that there is no other way, you have recharge for 399 if i want to use ineternet. I also requested for the jio md's email id, but was refused by your representative, which is my right as a dissatisfied customer under the guidelines of trai.
I demand my right to be put on the plan for 2gb per day for 4 months, and a refund of 399 which i was forced to pay today and a compensation of 1, 00, 000/- for the mental harassment, torture and wasting my time, more so not giving me the email id of the jio md after being put on hold for more than 15 mins by your supervisor mr. Anil singh
