22/12/2021 and had sheduled the installation on 26/12/2021, it has not been installed until today even after frequent calls to the agent. The agent being a person named Srikanth working in marathahalli jio service center as to my knowledge does not even pick my calls.I have been waiting for almost a week for the connection.I had paid 1500 as security deposit.The sales agent informed while taking the connection that after paying an amount of 1500 security deposit i will get a 4 month free jiofiber pack of 999 after that it will start billing.I had tried al ways of contacting jio but in vain which is why i'm registering tjis complaint .kindly do the needfull to make the intallation right away
