Its more than a month now when i deposited my router and services were discontinued almost 45 days ago. Still i haven't received my security deposit back which should have been transferred 15 days ago or before that. I am continuously chasing jio fiber team and they haven't done anything yet. Just to also bring to your notice that service is very bad for jio fiber in noida and i had to disconnect the connection bcz they didn't performed the relocation and i had to complaint and requested thousand times. They kept on rescheduling it without contacting so i ended up raising the line cancellation request and now they are not returning my security deposit even after safely returning the devices. Its more than a month now.
