I just received my bill for jio. I paid that, but still my internet connection was not working. I tried navigating through the app. I tried everything, but nothing was resolving the issue. Then I called the customer care and after calling the customer care, I just got to know that they have a data limit of the month that is 3300 GB for that I have a call recording as well, and when I just go ahead and browse the plan in the my Jio app and there the data is showing unlimited first of all, no one informed me about that second of all I am a working professional. My brother is a working professional. Both o[censored]s are not able to work now, so we’ll be having a no pain no day that is will be deducted from our account or from the salary, so I am facing the loss. I am facing the loss, but my salary. I’m facing the loss of my Wi-Fi now when I called to the customer care, they are telling me to get the data pack updated. I just got the recharge done. I have the receipt and everything of that and then They are telling me that you have consume 3300 GB in just three days as my billing cycle is from 21st to 21st, so I’ve just consume 3300 GB in three days and now they are telling me to get a booster pack updated for the same.
