I've recharged my Jio Number [protected] using MyJio App on 02-Jan-2019 for 399. Using SBI Net-banking, recieved confirmation Reference No. IGAFCHDHC9 at time 20:28. But my number was not credited balance.
Reached customer service via live chat in MyJio app, spoke with 3 reps. None of them were able to provide a solution, and insisted i would have accidentally recharged to other number. But the fact is i don't have any other number linked to MyJio app.
After chatting for a while they abruptly disconnect the chat, and the message shows they have lost connection. Connection was fine till i explain the problem and till they check and give me a lame excuse; but as soon as i prompt further questions the connection is lost. Which proves Jio Customer Service reps, purposefully disconnect the chat box. After which i'm transferred to another rep. Was this information helpful? |
