Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd — Recharge Not Activated After JioCare Commitment Service Stopped & Extra Charges DemandedRespected Team,

Respected Team,
I am writing this complaint to bring your attention to a serious issue regarding my JioFiber connection.
• On 3rd May, I recharged with ₹707 after confirming the offer with JioCare.
• JioCare team clearly told me that this plan will activate for 2 months, and I have the call recording as proof.
• My service was working only till 22 May, and after that, my JioFiber connection was suddenly stopped, without any reason.
• Now your team is demanding ₹306 extra, saying it is for “billing cycle” — but I had already paid ₹707 based on your commitment.
• Your store team is refusing to help and saying the offer wasn’t valid for me, even though I recharged only after JioCare confirmed it.
• This has caused me financial and service loss, as my internet has been stopped since 25 May despite full payment.
