Sir, i have jio sim no. [protected] of j&k state. I recharged my sim with rs 459 on 25 nov 2017 with validity 84 days. Accordingly, company extended validity of y sim upto 19 feb 2018. But suddenly, company suspended outgoing and internet services on my number. On asking from customer care, they told me that firstly i have to clear h outstanding dues of rs 559. That sir, firstly i have applied for jio prepaid sim. Secondly, company not opted any postpaid plan from me. They did whatever they want. Thirdly, on asking them to adjust dues from rs. 459 i have paid to company, they said that amount can not use and it has been lost. Fourthly, when i asked to convert my sim from postpaid to prepaid, they told that recharge of rs. 459 which have validity upto 19 feb 2018 will be lost. Sir, company making me fool by taking rs. 459 without giving me services. Sir, my request is 1. Company may use rs. 459 to clear my bill. Or 2. After clearing my dues, company convert my postpaid sim into prepaid after proper documentation and extend the facility of rs. 459 which is valid upto 19 feb 2018 to my. New prepaid sim.
