Reliance Jio Infocomm — mobile booked through online not received and also not refund the amount I paid | |||||
Dear sir, I have booked my mobile on line and paid rs1500 through my card based on their sms from reliance jio. While booking the mobile number typed mistakenly [protected] instead of [protected]. I have approached jio customer care, nodal officers many times regarding the issue. But nobody helped me either to cancel the order and refund the amount i paid or to deliver the mobile. They keep telling that they don't have provision in their software from last two months. I don't know whom should i approach further to get my money back. Request you to do needful. Vvsn raju.
