Reliance Jio Infocomm — mobile hotspot prepaid

I recently purchased a mobile hotspot numbe [protected]. I am not able to detect the wifi in my mobile unless i bring my phone near your instrument. Also mostly the download speed is less than 1 mbps and my upload speed is roughly 1 mbps. I feel that i have been cheated.

I recharged my Jio mobile number [protected] morning but till now I did not got recharge message. I used Jio app for recharge . Please help me.
