Hi team,
As per the republic day offer jio is offering the 1.5 gb for all 399 recharge users, so i have recharged 399 plan on 26th january. On 27th january i called to customer care find out why 1.5 data is not coming. Customer care advised me to active the new-plan, so both the plans you can use and validate also same.
So as the team instructed i activated the new plan by using the link which is shared. But i noticed it is counting 84 days from 27th on words. To find out the reason i called to customer care and asked for de - activate of the new plan. Now customer care team is blaming customer its your mistake to activate the plan. We cannot do anything my side.
I have received purely wrong information from the customer care and they are blaming me i did the mistake. And now they are teaching the customer care definitions to me.
Customer care services should provide the correct information to the service user, not the wrong information. Please look into the issues and provide me the correct validity period for my number.
