Reliance Jio Infocomm — Money debited from ,but no confirmation from JIO. | |||||
I recharge my mob.no-0877xxxxxx5 for JIO Prime membership of Rs 99/-on 31/03/2017 through JIO Money app through which I get Rs 50 cashback voucher, which I have redeemed/applied for Rs 303/- recharge on 07/04/2017 at 23:12 hrs for" Summer Surprise Offer".Because of voucher applied now I have to pay Rs 253/- which is debited from my account and I also get a successful transaction message from JIO Money app Transaction ID[protected].But I didn't get any confirmation message for taking Rs303/- data plan in 24 hrs .So, I contact customer care where after long time they connected and register my complaint of Request ID -SR000007Z0V8 but till now I am not getting any response from them which is quite disappointment.I want my successful recharge message or complete cashback with compensation. If this not happens I have to complain in consumer forum because I have all screenshots, call recording with customer care executive and all other details. Was this information helpful? | |||||
